退款政策

Pro 年付（USD $9.90 / 年）与 Pro 永久版（USD $29.90）在购买成功后 14 天内可申请无理由全额退款。年付订阅可随时取消，取消后不再收取下一周期费用。

付费购买的实际销售方为 Paddle（Merchant of Record），退款也由 Paddle 原路退回。标准版免费，不涉及退款。

付款起 14 天内：年付与永久版均可全额退款，无需说明理由。年付：随时取消以免下一期扣款；14 天后取消不自动退还当前周期剩余天数。永久版：一次付清，无续费。

1. 14 天无理由退款

  • 适用于 VsTerm Pro 年付的当期扣款，以及 Pro 永久版一次性购买。
  • 期限自 Paddle 记录的成功付款时间起算，为 14 个日历日。
  • 符合条件的申请将退还你已支付的该笔订单金额（含结账时收取的适用税费，如 Paddle 支持原路退回）。
  • 欧盟 / 英国等地区消费者依法享有的撤回权，若宽于 14 天，以强制性法律规定为准。

2. 如何申请

请发送邮件至 [email protected]，并尽量提供：

  • 购买时使用的邮箱
  • 订单号 / 交易号（Paddle 收据中）
  • 购买日期与产品名称（Pro 年付或 Pro 永久版）

若 Paddle 收据提供自助退款入口，你也可以走其中的链接。我们收到完整信息后，通常在若干个工作日内处理。

3. 年付取消

  • Pro 年付可以随时取消，以避免下一周期扣款。
  • 取消后，当前已支付周期内的 Pro 权益一般可用至周期结束（14 天内全额退款并撤销许可的除外）。
  • 14 天窗口之后，未使用的剩余天数默认不按比例退款，除非法律强制要求或我们书面同意。
  • 取消方式：回复 Paddle 收据邮件、在 Paddle 客户门户操作，或发邮件至 [email protected] 并写明“取消订阅”。
  • Pro 永久版没有续费，无需取消；14 天内仍可按本政策申请退款。

4. 可能无法退款的情形

在适用法律允许的范围内，以下情况我们可能拒绝退款或仅部分退款：

  • 超过 14 天且不属于强制消费者撤回权覆盖的订单
  • 重复申请、对同一许可的重复购买滥用、或明显的欺诈 / 拒付滥用
  • 许可证密钥、账号或设备绑定被转售、共享给未授权第三方
  • 违反服务条款导致的终止（法律另有规定的除外）

若你遇到软件严重缺陷导致核心功能无法使用，即使超过 14 天，也欢迎写信说明，我们会酌情处理。

5. 到账时间

批准后，退款由 Paddle 退回原支付方式。银行或卡组织入账通常需要 5–10 个工作日，具体以你的发卡行 / 支付渠道为准。

6. 退款后的许可

全额退款完成后，对应 Pro 权益将被撤销，设备绑定与付费云同步配额可能停止。本地标准版功能不受影响。请勿在退款后再使用已退款的付费许可。

7. 拒付（Chargeback）

请先联系我们或 Paddle 解决账单问题。直接向银行拒付可能导致许可立即失效，并影响后续购买。已通过本政策获得退款的订单，请不要再次拒付。

Refund Policy

Pro annual (USD $9.90 / year) and Pro lifetime (USD $29.90) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of a successful purchase, no reason required. You may cancel an annual subscription at any time to stop the next charge.

Paddle is the seller of record (Merchant of Record) and processes the refund to the original payment method. The Standard edition is free and has nothing to refund.

In short

Within 14 days of payment: full refund on both annual and lifetime, no questions asked. Annual: cancel anytime to stop renewal; after 14 days, unused time in the current period is not refunded by default. Lifetime: one payment, no renewal.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

  • Applies to VsTerm Pro annual charges and the Pro lifetime one-time purchase.
  • The window is 14 calendar days from the successful payment time recorded by Paddle.
  • Eligible requests are refunded for the amount you paid on that order (including applicable tax collected at checkout, where the provider can reverse it).
  • If consumer withdrawal rights in the EU/UK or similar jurisdictions are more generous than 14 days, those mandatory rules control.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] and include, if you have them:

  • The email used at checkout
  • Order / transaction ID from the Paddle receipt
  • Purchase date and product name (Pro annual or Pro lifetime)

If Paddle offers a self-serve refund link in the receipt, you may use that as well. We typically process complete requests within several business days.

3. Canceling an annual subscription

  • You may cancel Pro annual at any time to prevent the next renewal charge.
  • After cancellation, Pro access for the current paid period generally continues until the period ends (unless you receive a full refund within 14 days and the license is revoked).
  • After the 14-day window, unused days are not prorated unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.
  • Cancel via the Paddle receipt email, the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing [email protected] with “cancel subscription”.
  • Pro lifetime has no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel; the 14-day refund still applies.

4. When we may decline

To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse or limit a refund if:

  • The 14-day window has passed and no mandatory withdrawal right applies
  • The request is abusive (duplicate claims, repeat purchases of the same license, or fraud / chargeback abuse)
  • The license key, account, or device binding was resold or shared with unauthorized parties
  • We terminated the entitlement for a Terms of Service violation, except where the law still requires a refund

If a serious defect makes a core paid feature unusable, write to us even after 14 days; we will consider it in good faith.

5. Timing

Once approved, Paddle refunds the original payment method. Banks and card networks often take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

6. After a refund

When a full refund completes, the matching Pro entitlement is revoked and paid cloud-sync quota / device binding may stop. Free Standard features remain. Do not keep using a refunded paid license.

7. Chargebacks

Contact us or Paddle first. A bank chargeback may revoke the license immediately and affect future purchases. Do not charge back an order that was already refunded under this policy.
